We can all make a difference in the fight to end hunger. Hosting your own virtual food drive or individual fundraiser can make all the difference for many of the more than 97,000 we serve each year. At the Great Plains Food Bank, we are able to provide three meals for every dollar donated allowing each donation to have an incredible impact.

    With 1 in 6 neighbors facing hunger, including 1 in 4 children, Virtual Food Drives are an impactful way to help neighbors facing hunger. Every $1 raised can help provide 2 meals to those in need. Donations made represent the real products that the Great Plains Food Bank uses to provide support to those seeking food assistance in our communities. Rather than paying retail prices, Great Plains Food Bank works with major manufacturers, retailers, and farmers to secure healthy foods and combat food waste. This allows us to stretch donations to have a greater impact.
